We raise Embdens as our meat geese. They are free-range, 100% grass-fed. No grain. Except for grass, this fall they ate lots of apples and hazulnuts. Our goose meat is leaner than other commmercial ones, not greasy. Goose meat is all dark meat and more flavorful than other poultry meat , such as chicken. It is also the main course of Christmas dish in many European countries.  Goose fat is called “that old white magic”, which is highly prized for its flavor and nutrition.
